White brined cheese from sheep milk

It is produced from high quality whole sheep’s milk gathered from the herds bred in the mountain regions of the country. It was a traditional Bulgarian product for centuries with a specific savory taste. It has relatively higher quantities of calcium and magnesium compared to the other cheeses produced from other kinds of milk. It is irreplaceable food for people of all ages, especially for children.
It is good as an appetizer, to be added in vegetable salads or to be cooked other ways.
