Halloumi is a traditional cheese of Cyprus and it’s name is now under copywrite.It is globally appreciated for its unique taste and superior quality.Aiming to the complete satisfaction of our customers we use only the best goat and sheep’s milk to make our halloumi.One of its most distinctive characteristics is that halloumi does not melt when heated meaning that it can be eaten baked, fried, grilled or boiled. It could be consumed as an appetizer, also it could be part of dishes together with other kinds of cheeses or in combination with salads
